Qype App now available on BMW ConnectedDrive

The Qype App, already available on all major smartphone platforms, makes it easy for your customers to find you when on the go.

Now we’ve added another string to our bow by partnering up with car giant BMW which means drivers also have access to all your details whilst keeping their hands on the steering wheel.

Drivers with BMW Online or BMW Live can now access the Qype app at the touch of a button, through the car’s iDrive operating system. Using BMW’s text-to-speech function drivers can even listen to reviews and recommendations on the move!

Using BMW’s location-based technology, the Qype app will give drivers access to user-generated reviews of restaurants, hotels, shops and services even before they arrive at their destination.

“More and more people are accessing the web on the go, and Qype’s app, coupled with BMW’s innovative location-based technology, is the perfect companion when you’re travelling,” says Qype CEO Ian Brotherston.

The app is available free of charge to all BMW ConnectedDrive customers with an inbuilt mobile phone-enabled navigation system.
