Promote your local area & build that all important network
You have claimed your business and now you enjoy the control it gives you. Your details are up-to-date, you regularly refresh your photos and you watch the reviews rolling in. Or perhaps you are on Premium and benefit even more by being able to add videos, PDFs, social media links, receive a premium ad and don’t want to see competitors on your listing.
Whatever the shape you come in, you probably say thanks to reviewers and with that continue your customer relationship online. But what about your relationship with your fellow business owners? What about joining forces and making your local area into that special destination that will benefit you all.

Make your area into a destination
We’re all guilty of it, you’re so busy promoting your own business that often you forget that you’re in an area, with other people, like you, trying to do the same! It’s in everyone’s interest for the area to exude vibrancy, excitement and positivity! Talk to your fellow local business owners and see how joining forces can benefit you all. Perhaps you are interested in holding a joined Qype event, offer a prize from your street in our weekly competition, help a local cause by entering the Qype Foundation draw or try and become a VIQ (very exclusive and hush hush – more info will follow soon).
